When u are a new donor u have to wait at least 5 hrs before u can get in the floor to donate same for when ur a repeated donor. They didnt explain what they were doing to my arm. Talked to other employees while hooking me up to the machine. I was placed in my chair and was getting waited on and the nurse left me to attend to another patient. and she didnt come back until 30 mins later. I suggest a class on customer service.
