I dropped my laptop off for repairs. Quoted me 150.00 to make it like new again. I picked it up after one week, when I got home it would freeze when any website was opened. After four days of calling and leaving messages and going down to find a closed store Max finally called me back. I dropped the laptop off and after another two weeks they still had not been able to repair it. (claims they missed something in diagnosis). Max claims there may be a problem that cannot be repaired but if I leave it he will look at it when he gets out of the hospital. I asked for my money back and they could keep the laptop. They would only refund 91.00 because they did diagnosis and tat was not refundable. My opinion was if they were a legitimate business they would have given a full refund. Very poor customer service and questionable knowledge on computers. Ed Sheehan
