- FIT training is a program for both men and women and is acceptable for any age, gender, or training level. FIT Training is athletic-based training mixed with total body training, strength and resistance exercises, boxing and cross-fit style training. ETS Fit Training is a fun and challenging environment that will allow each individual to reach their desired goals. The Fit Training program is designed with the mindset that any individual with any level of experience in training, can come in and reach their goals. We have had 100s of clientele walk through these doors and lose the weight the wanted, gained the muscle they desired, and shaped their body in ways they couldn't imagine. The dynamic workout setting and always changing routines, tricks the bodies muscle memory and prepares it for any physical feat that comes in its path. This type of training allows for the MAXIMUM level of fat burning possible. ETS Fit Training is one of the most intriguing programs around as the workouts are constantly different and repeating the same workout more than once is not an option. It allows for each individual to work at their own pace, while working in partners, groups, and teams to keep the friendly competitive nature alive. ETS has the staff, site, and flexibility to offer a wide array of customizable programs and services to individuals, semi-private groups, and entire classes. We focus on each individual's goals while creating a core balance so that each individual can excel in any situation. ETS provides the equipment, tools, turf facility, and methods that cannot be provided at a standard gym, ranging from sledge hammers, to tire flips, sled pulls, heavy ropes, chains and much more. ETS Fit Training Workouts tend to consist of a group dynamic warm-up, followed by a core circuit. Every workout will focus on core strength, accelerated heart rate and fat burning exercises and body weight lifts. A person must learn how to control and use their own body weight before moving onto the next step, and practicing impeccable form is the key to success in that area. ETS Fit Training preaches form and technique and makes sure that each individual understands that there is a different starting point for each person, and the only way to progress is to start from scratch and perfect each movement. ETS Fit Training will then incorporate moderate weight lifting, cardiovascular activities, and all type of body weight movement to include stability balls, medicine balls, and numerous other pieces of equipment provided by ETS.

- This program will set the foundation for speed and agility training in your young athlete, Introducing form, technique, and muscle memory drills. This is not a sports specific training program, rather this program is for all athletes (co-ed). This program will teach specific speed and agility techniques needed, to help your athlete prevent injury, become faster, improve coordination and utilize proper running techniques in their respective sport(s).
