I bought my vehicle to tire kingdom on terry parkway. And they mis diagnosed the probelm I had at hand. My truck wouldnt start and the mechanic informed me that I needed a fuel pump. In which I trusted their judgement. I told them to go ahead and replace the fuel pump what ever they needed to do to get my truck back up and running. They replaced the fuel pump costing me $800. After the fuel pump was replaced my truck still didnt start the next day. I got it towed back to tire kingdom and towed again for the second time. Still they couldnt resolve my probelm after charging me $800. I specifically told them to fix whatever it was that was causing my vehicle to not start. They suggested that I take it to the dealership. So that's what I did. Why should I be responsible to pay $800 for something that Tire Kingdom said that I needed done and my truck is still not running. I would like someone to contact me in regards to this matter because it seems to me that I have been ripped off !!!
