Contacted him about my refrigerator not working. Business number answered with a message saying his mailbox was not set up yet. Returned call and asked "Did you call this number?" I explained my problem with my refrigerator. Said he would meet me the next morning. Next day, no call. Called back got same message. Called back with no apology said he could meet me later. Met him and his attitude was horrible, but decided to have him look at the fridge. He said fan needed replacing. He said parts could be shipped overnight and would come back the next morning. Gave check for the entire balance before he left. Never called next day, called him, same message. He called back said he'd meet me, was several hours late. Charged me $180 35 minutes labor, total bill $575 with a one year warranty on parts. 3 weeks later same thing happened, called back, same message, calls back tells me he'll be there tomorrow morning. Again no call and a no show. Call back 5-6 times and get the mailbox message ea
