Sarah Scott Middle School serves students in grades six through eight. It offers academic programs in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally has departments for business studies, family and consumer science, music, technology education, and health and physical education. Sarah Scott Middle School has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, cross country, and track and field. In addition, the school has a WSSN news team, which involves students in directing, camera work, anchoring, editing and other activities. Sarah Scott Middle School is located in Terre Haute, Ind., and is a part of Vigo County School Corporation.
