I was only 40 days behind on my auto loan with them and I had notified the loan manager to handle a payment on my auto loan as to being in between jobs. I told him I would be there on a set day I had something unexpected happen and forgot. They were closed the next business day due to it being a holiday so I went in there the next business day to make the one month full payment amount. However they denied the payment because I did not show up on the day I said which was only one business day prior to when I actually came to make said payment that me and the loan manager agreed upon on the phone so they put a repossession order on my vehicle and demanded a double payment within 5 days or they would continue on with repossessing the vehicle. I am lost because if I wouldve came in a business day ago they would've accepted my one month payment but now are demanding it be current or I lose my vehicle.
