My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the winter. I am a single mom of a toddler so I was worried about pricing and how fast they would do the work. They were super efficient, very nice, professional and even checked my central air for free. The furnace was actually too old and too far gone to repair so we got a new furnace and it was in and running in just a few days. Highly recommend!!

Contracted Joe's mechanical to install new heat pump. He sent out 2 kids to do the install. Obviously their first install. They could not braze the fittings on the line, and get a seal. The 90 deg fittings look more like 135 degree fittings. They left the lines sticking 1 foot out from the house going to the compressor unit. They did not purge the lines with nitrogen during the brazing. They had to call a senior person out from the shop to get the lines to hold pressure. Very poor craftsmanship. They did not send the warranty info into Goodman, so that it can be covered for future repairs. The only reason I gave them a star at all, is because the unit somehow is working..
