Epoch was founded on a simple philosophy, to strive to make wines that are delicious and complex, seriously fun to drink, interestingly iconoclastic, seductively hedonistic, thought provoking and hopefully, most importantly, memory making. In a short time, we have quickly developed a big reputation for small production, hand-crafted, artisanal wines with abundant personalities. We produce estate-grown Rhone, Zinfandel, and Tempranillo varietals and our winemaker, Jordan Fiorentini, crafts our wines with minimal intervention in the winery so the most delicious wine makes it to your glass. We are located on the west side of the Paso Robles wine region on the historic York Mountain.
