General Info

I am a professional land Surveyor with 40 years experience in surveying and civil engineering. I began my career as a rear chain man at McKee-Zumwalt and Associates in Hanford CA and spent 34 years working for SLO County Public Works, first as a member of the Survey Crew. Then as CAD Manager and lead draftsman as well as primary liaison with the Survey Crew. I retired from public service in May 2014 and obtained my Professional Land Surveyor license on May 22, 2014. I specialize in Autocad Civil 3D design and boundary and right of way research and determination. I perform small property surveys and provide Setback Certificates and Elevation Certificates. I am "small by design" so that I may better serve my clients and be available on very short notice.
