Provided by YP.comMy daughter and daughter in law took my grandsons here. I'm not sure if the dentist was having a bad day but they both told me of their horrible experience. The dentist was rude, disrespectful, and very judgmental. He wiped my oldest grandson's teeth with a napkin and then showed his staff mumbling negative commits. He chastise my youngest grandson's mother about his use of a sippy cup. The office staff were disorganized with the paperwork and handling of the insurance information. The 3rd grandson was not even seen because the office called the day before the appt even though the appt was made a month prior regarding insurance questions that they should Have been address then. Needless to say they will not be going back to this careless and callus dentistry.

Provided by YPmobileI do not recommend Dr. Raub for pediatric dentistry. The office and staff are nice and efficient and Dr. Raub's dentistry skills may be excellent, but my family will not have the opportunity to find out. He was rough with my 7 year old daughter, he became frustrated when she moved her mouth and gave her directions that were confusing for any child. Dr. Raub continually told her to close her mouth and then acted frustrated when her mouth wasn't open and vice versa. He told her he was just counting her teeth and wouldn't touch them and then he started poking her with a medal instrument. She began to wimped a little and tears started rolling down her cheeks, he told her she was too old for that and he didn't have time to deal with that. He kicked os out into the waiting room and said we could come back when she "could control herself". We waited half and hour and then I let the receptionist know that we am were leaving and would not be back. I am sorry that my daughter was put through that and hope to spare your children from unnecessary pain and suffering.
