I love the store; the minute I walked into it I was so amazed at how many worship dance and ballet stuff there were I did not want to leave the store! I had bought a beautiful white worship dance skirt and now I use it in all my Danza's!

On Your Toes has done exactly as promised: put me on my toes. Every single pair of pointe shoes I've ever purchased have come from here, and not one has given me problems. A shoe fitter will take their time in getting the absolute best fit possible for your foot. Even if it takes several hours. Thanks to them, I've been dancing for three years on pointe and haven't had any problems (other than the usual). My instructor always sends us to On Your Toes rather than our local, not-quite-up-to-par dance supply store. My fittin took 45 minutes, time I'm glad to sacrifice for the perfect shoe.

I gave this store 2 stars because they had what I needed. BUT, I was shocked at the priciness of an item I was later able to find online for around half of what they were charging in the store. It wasn't only one item either. Other items were also way overpriced. I only bought what I needed out of desperation. I will definitely not be shopping there in the future. Additionally, we had to wait while they wrote a hand-written receipt, even though they used a debit machine... REALLY??

I needed an adult leotard and shoes and was amazed by their selection. I had to drive a ways to get there and glad I did. Got what I needed, great, friendly service, and I'll be back.

Heard about the store and stopped by to check out salsa shoes. The staff was very helpful in finding shoes for me to try on and I found exactly what I was looking for and the woman who worked with me made sure the fit was correct. I will go back when I'm ready for a pair of shoes with higher heels!

I highly recommend this store because they have been more than helpful to me. I have been shopping there for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. Every time I needed something (usually last minute) they were always willing to go above and beyond for me.

I've been shopping for my 2 daughters at On Your Toes for a few years now, and we really love it. The ladies that work there are always super sweet and helpful so I promised myself I'd write them a review. I wonder if the nasty review I just read was from the woman who was there when I was - her children seemed to be playing dress up with the dresses, and running around the store wearing the clothes. But, I digress! If you need dance wear, this is the place!

The customer service was so bad that I walked out on a $200+ purchase. They had a great selection and my girls were thrilled with the items they had picked out, but after being treated like dirt by two of the three employees (one of the three actually was nice) for the duration of our visit, I'd had enough. I made a mental note of the manufacturers and searched for the items my daughters liked online. They ended up picking alternative products they liked even better, and I ended up paying 30% LESS (even after shipping) for Capezio products at Discount Dance Supply. If you want to avoid this store, which I highly recommend, try searching online for these manufacturers: Capezio, Eurotard, Body Wrappers, and Motionwear. I think this may be my first negative review. I generally only like to give good ones, but the service at this store was so bad, I felt compelled to warn others. I will never return to this store again.

Less than expected shopping experience. Although I found what I was looking the old lady working the front of the store made me feel as though I had brought in a handcuffed convict instead of my well mannered little girl. I. Would have liked to have acttualy shopped but I was chided for straying away from the back of the store so I could wait on her coworker to get my daughter fitted for shoes. The lady who did the fitting was cordial and pleasant to deaal with, while the shrew in the front acted as though I was an affliction upon the dance society when I confessed tthat I was new to the dance thing and didn't know the difference between a leotard with feet versus one without. Overall; good selection, just try to deal with the red haired lady in back(I think she was new), or don't bring your kid and brush up on your dancing paraphenalia nomenclatures.

They are loyal and do their best to find exactly what you need. They take their personal time and care to make sure that you are satisfied!
