I have been going to Elite Nails for about 4-5 months and I really enjoy Kadie. She is friendly and jokes around with her clients to make them feel relaxed. But when I watch the technicians around me doing their pedicures I begin to feel short changed. Kadie does not do the foot massage, or skims over it quickly (I see other clients getting theirs done for 5-6 min. and they appear to be floating on cloud 9--Kadie doesn't do that--she does a couple of rubs quickly and she moves on), when doing the leg massage she slaps at your calves and pounds them with her fists, instead of gently massaging them. When you get your manicure, she twists and turns your fingers and wrists like she is trying to dislocate them. This is not a game to be played with clients. We pay good money to be treated gently and respectfully. We want to be able to relax and enjoy an hour that we hopefully will be treated very special. Kadie sometimes appears to be concentrating on everything that is going on around her (the other technicians, the phones, walking away from the client she is suppose to be invested in to take care of someone at register or on phone). This salon is awesome. The staff is friendly, short wait time for walk ins and the cleanliness keep me coming back. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Modern and breath taking decor. A must see. The only thing missing is a full body massage. Check it out. Tell the staff Valerie sent you

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I 'm a client of Elite Nails for many Years. I was sad thattRrose & Hung had sold the Salon to move on to another journey. I was very hesitant to go, but after speaking to Hung & Rose and them assuring me that I'd be happy, I gave it ago. I go bi weekly for my nails.When I first walked in& met the New Owner Lenny, I immediately felt Welcome. The salon has made some GREAT changes. All to satisfy it's clients. With all of the hard work that the staff has put into this, it now feels like a true Spa/Salon. The services are wonder and they don't just cater to a female clientele. I am seeing more Men come in for services, even my other half enjoys our monthly his & her Pedi's .The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you experience. I like the fact that they have staff on hand where if you are a walk in your not waiting forever they get you in as quickly as possible. It's a Warm & Welcoming Salon, I would and do recommend this Salon to Everyone! Lisa

Yesterday I stopped to do my pedicure. Salon looked big and clean but nobody there. After the service I knew why: the lady was very slow and not into the details at all, almost did not clean my nails before putting a color. Prices outrages! The name "Elite" has NOTHING to do with the service. Or perhaps I had a bad luck...
