The Marlow Heights Community Center offers various recreational programs for teenagers, adults and senior citizens. The center facilities include a gymnasium, activity rooms, kitchens, offices, storage areas and restrooms with showers. In addition, it includes a picnic area, fitness rooms, tennis courts and athletic fields. The Marlow Heights Community Center organizes various leisure activities, such as sports, dance shows, games, and arts and crafts. It also conducts classes in cooking, computers, martial arts and music. The center hosts various tournaments and organizes several camps, special events, workshops and cultural activities. It also offers drop-in and after-school programs for children. The center is owned and operated by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.
