Valley Rain Construction Corporation is a general engineering and general building contractor that has provided construction services predominantly to governmental agencies for more than 25 years. As a general contractor, the company has special proficiency in the fields of grading, paving, underground piping, irrigation, landscaping and carpentry. It is also well suited for both site projects and building projects with large site-work components. Valley Rain s target market is public park construction. It has enhanced its community by providing construction services on city parks, drainage projects and public areas.
