Founded in 1981, Signature Breads, known for its "Rudi Roll" brand of breads, specializes in loaves, classic rolls, boules, rustic baguettes and a variety of artisan breads. It sells more than 100 products to retailers and foodservice providers in the United States, as well as exports to Aruba, Bahamas and Bermuda. The company specializes in dinner rolls, loaf breads, artisan focaccia, signature sliders, multigrain piegga, and sandwich rounds and longs. Signature Breads manufacturing plants located in Chelsea, Mass., and Tempe, Ariz., are Kosher and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified.
