Horrible customer service. These folks do not seem to care about people. They will "check into it" but not get back to you. we are spending a ton of money to have solar installed and one would think we would at least be kept in the loop of every detail. If i ran my business like these folks do, I would be bankrupt by now. I wanted to cancel my order because no one could give me a straight answer on when the equipment would ship and where we were in the process. Then the system showed up at my home. I tried calling and emailing to try and get answers, yet no one answered the phones. Everyone went to voicemail and emails remain unanswered.Imagine if you would that you had a project going on and no one really told you anything.I could not recommend this company to anyone due to poor performance on behalf of their employees**UPDATE 7 JUN 17 **the system failed inspection due to the lack of a second ground rod. I have been more than patient and now want the system removed from my property. Your company has failed to deliver on the promise of me producing electricity by 1jun17. That was the date that your sales rep told me I would be up and running. Also in my research the inverter is incapable of being hooked to a battery bank, which was also discussed with the sales rep and furthermore the system would still leave me paying for electricity during peak months. I have lost all faith in your ability to give me the system we were originally promised. I wait to hear from you and expect it in writing so that there is no confusion about what is said.***UPDATE 15JUN17 ***second ground rod installed and system passed county inspection on 9JUN17. As of today Unisource has still not received needed paperwork from the solar company to get my new meter installed and up and running.***UPDATE 14JUL17***we are now 14 days past where your part of the system was to be installed. I sent notification 10 days ago about unisource wanting the placards installed. The placards are not installed as of this morning and I have yet to get an answer as to when they will be installed. I have been more than patient with the shenanigans. I want your part of the contract fulfilled immediately. The placards are in the envelope with the instructions on where unisource wants them installed. If it were not being installed on the main box i would have done it myself. Anger and disappointment no longer explain my feelings toward this project.
