- We offer a full schedule of Yoga classes, including all levels of practice. We also offer Private Yoga Sessions, Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Nutrition Counseling, Reiki, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Toe Readings, Polarity, Craniosacral Unwinding and Intuitive Readings. All of our yoga classes include on-site childcare. Reservations for classes must be made at least one hour in advance by phone or email. Childcare is also available with all of our services with an advance reservation.

We believe that women, as mothers, have the greatest ability to affect the wellness of future generations. Every mother needs to attend to her own health first; physically, mentally and spiritually; to be present for her family in the most positive way possible. We are a community that lovingly supports each mother in taking time to care for herself on a regular basis. We recognize that, as healthier mothers, we will be better prepared to guide our children to be the change that we want to see in the world.Join us at our Tempe, AZ studio for yoga classes, reflexology, holistic nutrition counseling, reiki, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and intuitive readings.
