Richard Burgmeier, MD founded Perfect Skin Laser Center in 2000 and has over 16 yrs experience in Aesthetic Medicine performing thousands of laser treatments and is an expert injector and a certified speaker/trainer for Allergan (Botox, Juvederm, Voluma). Dr. Burgmeier offers the most advanced laser and skin treatments available. He was one of the first doctors in Arizona to offer Thermage, Laser treatments for acne, Photodynamic Skin Rejuvenation with Levulan, Fraxel laser treatments, and Infini RF. Dr. Burgmeier has been featured on channel 3 and channel 5 news shows and in the Mesa Tribune. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Medicine. He worked for Cigna Urgent Care from 1991 - 2005 where he has routinely cared for critically ill patients. With this extensive clinical experience he is well grounded in the medical and emergent care of his patients. i absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Burgmeier and his staff. from the treatment since i walked in the door the ladies were friendly and beautiful. Dr.Burgmeier has a great attitude and very good at injections, i had very little discomfort while he was injecting. he now has a life long patient!!!

Great office staff with an excellent Dr. He knows exactly what to look for and makes sure I feel comfortable the whole time. Wouldn't trust anyone else with injections, I would recommend his office to anyone!
Dr. Burgmeier and his entire team are wonderful! I have been to different clinics and this by far is the best. Dr. B gives very informative and genuine recommendation to your needs. I live over 30 miles away from the clinic but I don't mind driving all the way to his office because of the great care.
