I have looked at other reviews they have the same issue I do. I call to see if I can come in due to illness and the phone goes unanswered.I have called all day for multiple days before during the stated business hours and "the phone goes unanswered. The machine recording states not to leave messages?!?!?! Urgent care and ER are apparently my only options. How do you make an appointment here? VERY DIFFICULT. If you have a health concern what can you do? Well mostly I go to urgent care at $75 co-pay, or last time it was the ER with a $75 co-pay. This was the last 5 times with myself and family also.I am going somewhere else as soon as I am able to research other doctors, this has been an issue for multiple YEARS. A multi-doctor practice would be a better option I think.I am done. I need to not see 3rd party doctors (ER or Urgent Care), I need to see my doctor, and this will not be you for much longer.
