- Neck and Shoulder MassageOur Esthetician will start with a double cleanse of your skin, followed by gentle exfoliation or Pro Power Peel. Steam is then added to open pores and begin extractions followed by a pressure point facial massage. Our Esthetician will select a serum to penetrate your skin and target specific skin concerns. A gentle masque is then added to calm the skin and also includes a neck and shoulder massage. The Esthetician will finish with a layer of moisturizer and SPF to protect you skin!

- SaunaThe infrared sauna heats your body directly using near, mid, and far wavelengths. Your body’s response to the heat triggers the natural healing process within the body that has many benefits such as weight loss, immune system support, and muscle relaxation. Sessions range from 30-50 minutes.
- CryotherapyExposing the body to extremely low temperatures within the cryotherapy chamber alerts your brain to pump more blood to your internal organs which causes vasoconstriction – in layman’s terms this means your blood vessels constrict causing your blood pressure to increase. As you exit the chamber, vasodilation happens which reverses the process by decreasing your blood pressure and increasing blood flow plus oxygen to the body. This effect to the body caused by the sub-zero temperatures aids in clearing toxins, decreasing muscle soreness and increasing endorphins.
