Very bad agency. My son went there, because he spends 3 weekends a month with his mother and she lives in that area. I live 2 hours away. She brought our son there for counseling services and my ex-wife took 30 minutes of each session. My son had to wait outside. As a result, my son never bonded with the therapist as there was little time left for him and it promoted a level of secrecy between the mother and the therapist, which resulted in my 13 year old son not opening up at all. In addition, my son lives with me and the therapist failed to contact me or meet with me even once. Even after I left two messages. It was very unethical. For people who doubt this review: this was not a custody issue (my ex and I have been divorced for 12 years and I have custody. Nor this my sons' issues involve me in any way). It was just bad practice of the therapist aligning with the mother and not including both parents. Especially since my son only sees his mother 6 times a month.

Terrible, terrible customer service. We made an appointment to see Mr. Novell under difficult circumstances - as most do when seeing a counselor. We needed assistance and counsel to work our way through a diffucult family issue. For our first appointment, he was 15 minutes late - which he cut off our paid time. We only got 35 minutes. Next appointment - he was 20 minutes late, and again, cut off our paid time. After the second appointment we went right to the desk and cancelled ALL future appointments. They "forgot" to write it down and billed us for a 3rd appointment we never went to. So, we paid for 3 appointments and barely got one appointments worth of time. All that, and he was a cold and terrible counselor. Horrible experience.
One of my children needed some guidance, and we went to Ruth, a counselor there. She is fantastic, not only with her abilities, but her expertise communicating with teens. She has been a blessing. Everyone there is great to deal with.
