I've had my share of bad experiences but this one tops them all. While i was waiting for my food all i hear is yelling fr manager Sue to her employees. Total mistreating them. I was shocked how much yelling a petite women can do. Its above borderline bullying. I will NEVER go there again.

I never heard of management working as a server only to take part in tips. Your either management and get a salary or your a sever getting minimum wage plus tips. Its not fare that these managers take part in tips when they are already getting a salary. As a consumer i don't think its right that my server have to share their hard earning tips with management.

The biggest problem is the manager, Sue. She is extremely rude & loud.I've seen as a customer yell at her staff also grab an employee's arm. Managers are never to touch employees.
