The room was nice and clean. The neighbors were a little loud, you could hear them walking around. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. The breakfast was very nice. It included eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles, cereals, breads, yogurts, fruits, juices and coffee. Confident location to the wineries.

Stayed here after taking a winery tour, and was skeptical of what we were getting for the price (over $140). I am happy to say that I was wrong ... the motel was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had clearly been recently upgraded, and the furniture in the room was clean and in great shape. The free wifi and hot breakfast was a nice touch as well (though not very good). We also forgot to pack a toothbrush, and was happy that the front office had some complimentary toiletries available. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and whirlpool, but it looked very nice from a distance. Overall, I would stay at this motel again.

Affordable,clean, comfortable, nice place to sleep. Only there to sleep on way to san diego. The front desk was very helpful when we locked our keys in the car and needed a locksmith. Didn't eat much of the breakfast, just had coffee, so didn't really see what they had. We are picky about cleanliness and bad smells, and had no complaings with this hotel. Thanks for a good night sleep!

This hotel is centrally located with close access to restaurants and old town. It has a nice swimmming pool and very comfortable beds. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. Although it is located close to a highway, we could not hear it in the room. The price for the room was very reasonable.

Good proximity to wineries, great customer service, clean and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed the convenience of the continental breakfast. Appreciated that you are required to do a 2 night minimum. Overall great place!

Hotel is an excellent value for the price. The room spacious with all the necessary amenities. Hotel check-in staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location for local area attractions. This hotel is a great choice for the price (less than $80.00). If price is a consideration, I would definitely recommend this facility.

When I mentioned we were there for my girlfriend's birthday, the manager upgraded us to a nice suite with a Jacuzzi tub. There's a little bit of road noise, but dies down as night traffic is light in the area.

the stay there was wonderful. the check in process was quick, and very efficient, the room was excellent, the internet worked smoothly the entire time, the pool and jacuzzi areas were very clean and well maintained, breakfast in the morning had a very good selection, and was tasty, and the check out process was easy. what more needs to be said?

As a frequent traveler I had accumulated enough points for a free night (finally). Temecula was like a special gift to my wife on our vacation (the first "real" vacation in 15 years). The regular price was very reasonable to begin with, but I wanted to use some bonus points. Booked the Jacuzzi suite, it was much bigger than expected and a pure delight. The hotel staff had called me personally the day before to confirm my booking, apparently Best Western Reservations had put me into a 'smoking' room by mistake, the reservation was changed with no problems. When we arrived we were greeted by the young man that had called the previous day and remembered our reservation. The room was old but very clean, the Jacuzzi was in proper working order and enjoyed very much. WiFi wasn't working in our end of the building though, we should have asked for a 're-boot' of the router but didn't. It was nice to see that there was real bar soap and shampoo in the room (I don't like the bulk dispensers, I h
