Nancy knows what she is doing and is very pleasant and helpful. I trust her knowledge and depth of experience since she has been doing appraisals and consignments for over 30 years. I also saw that she has a wide varity of items to fit most people taste and they are very reasonably priced.

When my husband and I walked in the front door of this business on Monday, Feb 25th, 2013 and asked the two ladies standing at the desk to the left of the door for help, they stood there continuing to chat until we got their attention and asked them if we could get an appraisal. The one woman looked annoyed and simply handed us a business card which showed appraisals are only on Saturdays between 10:00am and noon. Because of their customer service skills, we will not be going back!
