A-1 failed to pick me on my departure because their van broke down so they sent another company who I had to pay a higher fee. A-1 assured me they would cover the difference. They were an hour late picking me up upon my arrival and, again, their van did not show up, they had a couple who they're friends with pick me up in their personal car. The company who drove me to the airport billed my credit card. A1 also billed my credit card -for the full round trip fare! I had to call every day for a week to ask for a receipt to be emailed to me. After several days I received a page with 7 lines typed on it a Word document. No letterhead, no company contact information. Just my name, dates of travel, airport and fee charged. This company is not registered with the BBB. I know, I went to the site to file a complaint. There are many other shuttle companies available in our area.
