William Tell Elementary School, operated by Tell City-Troy Township School offers enrollment to more than 700 students from prekindergarten through grade five. It offers an academic program that focuses on the development of reading, language arts and math skills education. It also offers classes in physical education, art, music, English, science, social studies, health and computer application. The school has more than 200 computers that provide access to multimedia programs, drill and practice software, reference software, Internet research, word processing, accelerated reader and accelerated math program. It also provides special programs and services to students that include communication handicapped program, counselor, life skills training, health services, special needs and hearing program. William Tell Elementary School is located in Tell City, Ind.
