The owner/operator and other management of this company is a real good talker ! real quick to sell you a dream and have you thinking you have a future working there ! when in reality you actually don't ! at least not for me ! they consistantly keep thier workers most of all, welders laid-off ! and in most cases you will never get called back ! if your a favorite you might, just might get called back to work ! take this posting as a distinct warning ! job seekers..
