this business has new owners great customer service beautiful arrangements and affordable they have been under new ownership since 2011 also have moved to 701 n broadway Tecumseh ok

I placed an order on Jan 11th to be delivered to a funeral. I was notified the day AFTER the funeral that my order was placed in an incorrect pile & had not been delivered. I was told they would then deliver it to the daughter's home. I spoke with the daughter on Jan 23rd & she never received it. I was told the owner, Michelle Graham, would call me on Monday Jan 25th. When I never received that call, I called & was told that Michelle would call me tomorrow.

It is Jan 25th & the flowers still have not been delivered to the correct place (which was actually the 2nd option I gave them, since the 1st option - a funeral in the past - is now no longer an option).

I was never offered an apology, a refund or a credit.Orginally, I was told that they would upgrade the vase, but since it was never delivered correctly, I couldn't verify if that was done or not.

Ultimately, today they called the daughter that the flowers were to be delivered to & now she is having to chase down whether or not it was delivered to her mom's address instead. And they NEVER called to tell me this, I had to call them!!!

I cannot get the owner to return my call.
