Established in 1974, Higgins & Sons is involved in on-site building of garages, workshops, horse barns, farm storages, appliance centers, homes and more. Based in Tecumseh, Okla., it also manufactures roof and floor trusses. Using no sub-contractors, the firm builds a variety of buildings, providing warranties, such as lifetime laminated column warranty, 50-year snow load warranty and four years of leak protection. It also offers various interior and exterior options, such as R.T.F. Wall Girt system, roof and wall insulation, metal colors, wainscot panels, ridge vents and seamless gutters, to name a few. Besides roof and floor trusses, Higgins & Sons provides engineered Attic truss systems for single family homes, multifamily apartment complexes and commercial constructions.
