Lockard Inc. is a fully operation Plumbing & Piping Contractor. We are a union shop and have access to an unlimited supply of trained professional plumbers and pipe fitters. We also have a close working relationship with a Sheet Metal Contractor; this relationship has been active since we started our business in 1992. **Charles D. Lockard** Charles has been involved in construction for over 20 years, 3 years working for a general contractor and 9 years for Young's, Inc. We have been in business for over 10 years. He served a 4-year apprenticeship in the Plumbing and Pipe fitters Local Union and has worked as a foreman, estimator and project manager at Young's, Inc. before we started Lockard Inc. Charles is in charge of estimating, project management, project selection and the employees out in the field. He also has a Block license for Mechanical & Plumbing. **Christine L. Lockard** Christine was employed by and a stockholder at Young's, Inc. for 20 years. She was Assista nt Secretary of Young's, Inc. Board of Directors from 1976 to 1989, and she was Secretary of Young's, Inc. Board of Directors Form 1989 to 1992 at that time she left Young's, Inc. and started Lockard Inc. with Charles. At Lockard Inc. Christine is in charge of Accounting, Job Costing, Payroll, Taxes and all other office operations. Lockard Plumbing is family owned, second generation plumbing family. Owners Chuck and Christy Lockard have been in the plumbing business for more than 20 years.
