We went to their Tuesday night Prime Rib buffet. What a meal! We started off with a great antipasto; all kinds of Italian cold cuts, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, a number of cheeses like provolone, swiss, camembert, and several others. Four different types of salad; a tossed mixed salad, caesar salad, salad with apples, raisins and nuts, and another one, but, I forgot what was in it. There were also several cold salads like coleslaw, bruschetta, fresh sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, and an assortment of the most delicious breads. Now, for the hot food; oven roasted potatoes, rice pilaf, eggplant rollantini, gnocchi with a Bolognese meat sauce, mixed vegetables that included broccoli, zucchini, squash and carrots, a tri-colored pasta primavera in a cream sauce , shrimp stuffed with crabmeat and, of course, hand carved prime rib.
