Dr. Pantagis is an arrogant jerk who refuses to listen to the patients needs, he acts like a child throwing a tantrum whenever he feels threatened by someone with some knowledge. It's very sad when you chose someone to care fir an aging parent and they scream on the top of their lungs during a phone call and insult you and call you names when they are supposed to be treating you as a health care representative. They end their phone call by slamming the phone down but not helping your aging parent. The most unprofessional and rude physician I ever encountered in my entire life. This doctor carried on so bad I had people hear him through the phone. This is not care nor concern, this is arrogance and a complete disregard for a patients wishes. This man left me in tears over the care of my parent. I know they don't teach this in medical school. After the carrying on he still thinks someone would be stupid enough to be subjected to his nasty arrogant personality. A good doctor doesn't belittle you, doesn't insult you, but rather listens and treats you like an advocate and has time for you. I believe our family is still very much in shock over his treatment.

Aspen Medical is the worst doctor's office to visit. You can never get an appointment when you want it. If you called today to request an appointment with any doctor, their first response is "we don't have an opening today or this week, the earliest is 2 weeks from now." The staff seems very non caring about patient's needs. How is it possible that out of 10 drs. practicing there, not a single dr. has an open time slot to see a patient who is in pain. That is hard to believe. Even though the parking lot is always empty, drs. are never available for a patient. Aspen Medical will never be recommended to anyone by me. Even a stranger from the street is more caring than them.
