Valley Nursing Center is located in Taylorsville, N.C. The center offers a wide range of rehabilitation services, including orthopedic, stroke rehabilitation, neurological and splinting. Valley Nursing Center has a ventilator unit that provides respiratory therapy for patients. Additionally, the center offers tracheostomy, colostomy, ileostomy and gastrostomy tube care treatment.
