The overall service was terrible all around. I was stabbed at least 5 times for numbing and afterwards seated a new patient. He then proceeded to take 40 to 45 minutes to finish the whole job for that customer. I was forced to wait that long for an extraction. When he finally returned to extract the tooth, he started the process and asked me if it hurt. I said, "Yes." He didn't have me completely numb to begin with, not to mention it took approximately 1 minute to finally extract it which I felt most of the pain. I have been to him several times and every other extraction was only uncomfortable from the pressure. He is very barbaric. Afterwards he didn't offer anything for pain which he usually does. I called back and asked about it to the secretary. She asked him and returned with the response, "He said he doesn't think you need anything for this." Okay... after I tell him that it was indeed hurting at the beginning and that I endured one minute of torture while he completed the job and he tells me that I'm not in pain. This will be the last time he gets my business. One last thing... he is the only dentist that will pull a tooth that is abscessed without dispensing an antibiotic first to remove any infection. I don't feel too comfortable about that. He won't get another cent of my money. I've been a patient for years and this took the cake for me.

Dr. Plant fit me into his schedule right away, so I did not have to wait. The dental care was painless, which is hard to find. He truly cared about me and my health. Finally, the prices offered were fantastic, compared to what I am used to. You will definitely get your value by seeing Dr. Plant.
