Aldertete is a scam artist. Beware. He asks you to wire him money and files one motion, no contract, no meeting, nothing ever gets done. I heard he did the same "representing" a sibling. Total scammer. Don't waste money here.

Mr. Alderete never returns calls and many go back to jail because he doesn't reschedule court dates accordingly. He will tell clients he takes care of it and then they end up with a surprise back to jail. I would never recommend him.
