Lynn Symonds is the Founder and Executive Director of Heritage Academy of Etiquette. Lynn has a gift of teaching and has enjoyed being an educator for over thirty years. She has taught young children, teens, and adults in this country and abroad.Mrs. Symonds has been the recipient of numerous awards and has been a featured columnist for a family magazine. She hosts training seminars, provides coaching to individuals, businesses, and schools, and is a conference speaker.The philosophy of Heritage Academy of Etiquette is that we put the rules of etiquette in our head so we don’t embarrass ourselves and we put manners in our heart so we don’t embarrass others. The mission of Heritage Academy of Etiquette is to unite communities through values, morals, and good manners. She believes that change will come through example not through rules.
