Founded in 1997, Alzheimer's Helpers is a nonprofit public charity organization that organizes monthly outings and events, such as luncheons, shopping and social gatherings. The organization offers music and massage therapies. Alzheimer's Helpers also provides a range of medical equipment. The organization installs mini theaters for patients to watch old-time movies. It offers services to various nursing homes in Lake and Sumter counties in Florida. In addition, the organization provides baby dolls, mattresses and gliding rockers.
