I was treated so nicely when I went in for my CT scans - it was a very pleasant surprise. It was late in the evening, I had to be there for several hours, but it was not traumatic in the least and everyone was exceptionally kind. During the procedures I needed I was given complete information at all stages, no surprises, complete disclosure, and I felt very cared for.
