1 Star is too many for them I should give 0 if I had choose. The worst experience I could have with a Credit repair company...All the positive reviews here belongs to to people that they are working in this office and I know them. This company has been built based on lie. They just lie to your face and give you wrong promise and want to get your money. Before I start working with them I was receiving phone calls from this office 3 times A-day but after I open the my account and I paid full money, I was the one that following with them and they didn't give a crap how important is my credit score.The CEO of the company was my succer teammate I went to his office to get help fix my credit. I had a collection account which I paid my debt before. All they needed to do was remove that account from my record. They promised me that they can remove it between 4 to 6 month. But after 2 years the account is still there. Basically they don't do anything and don't follow up with you and then I was following and keep calling the office, all they were saying was "we are working on it". Whenever I was calling the office somebody was telling me that your caseworker is busy with another customer she will call you back but I never received a call. I know a few of my friends have the same issue with this office. If you really want to fix your credit don't waste your time and money on this office because if you cancel your account there is no refund as they said!!!!
