Foresight Management takes months and months to get something fix or they just don't fix it at all. Cars have been broken in to, garage door fell and damaged car, people have broken into the storage in garage, they've shut off water for 3 full days without notice. Apartment flooded and tenants had to move out. The electricity bill is outrageous because the heat is electric so expect to pay more that $200. When you move out they will take most of your deposit. This is the worst apartment experience I've had, don't move into a Foresight Managed building.
