Jonas Urba limits his law practice to what he enjoys doing and what he does best. Employment law for New Yorkers. That includes both small employers and employees. He knows that employment law is all about the facts. No lawyer, no matter how brilliant or shrewd, can make up the facts. Facts come from clients. With employment law that means employees and small employers who believe the law has been broken or not applied to them. But even if that is true, the details are in the facts. And unless some employment lawyer spends time genuinely gathering your facts, it's unlikely to end well. Read any employment law case, federal or state, and wonder why the courts include almost every, single relevant fact. Because no one likes to lose and courts do not like getting overturned.
