We're a very small-batch craft distillery located in a historic sponge warehouse in Tarpon Springs. Our spirits are made from scratch on the premises. We offer Gramling Woods Moonshine, a traditional Appalachian spirit; Oaked Moonshine, caramel-smooth and versatile, and Rye Malt Whiskey, spicy, smoky, and sweet (Double Gold medal winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition!). The Anclote family includes 4 distilled gins; Aquavit, a unique Scandinavian dill and caraway spirit; and Conch Shell Rum, a Bahamian-style rum with tropical fruit and butterscotch notes. Papou’s Ouzo has anise and fennel flavor accented with orange and warm spices, and Claresso is a unique spirit distilled with espresso with a coffee nose and a toffee finish! We provide informative and fun complimentary tours and tastings, offer an inventive cocktail menu, and have live music of all types on the weekend.
