We're a seafood processing facility and retail marketplace. We've been providing restaurants, markets, and consumers with fresh fish and other seafood products since 1990. Most of the fish we sell is caught locally and comes right across our dock to you! We carry grouper, snapper, tuna, mahi mahi, swordfish, salmon, Chilean Seabass and more! We also have an assortment of frozen products including: smoked salmon, octopus, calamari, smelts, lobster tails and locally caught gulf shrimp. We pride ourselves with providing the highest quality seafood products. Our locally caught fish is cut to order. You'll never find frozen or imported grouper at Holiday Seafoood!
