They just don't care. I took my car in to have a tire patched. They said it would be an hour. I have been here for over two already. They told me I was next in line and then took in two other cars. The people work in the registers couldn't care less and when people ask for a manager they are told he is on a call and unavailable. Avoid this shop if possible!!!!!

I stopped by Sears Auto Center at Pittsburgh Mills to change my car battery. There was maybe only one other car in the shop and about 5 mechanics walking around. It took them an hour to change the battery! They had to replaced one terminal and did ugliest sloppiest job at that. They ran an alignment test without asking, actually they did it in spite of my request to get the job done sooner. While waiting I picked up couple of items, when I came to pay for the battery they couldn't ring up those two items, I had to go back into Sears and find a cash register, isn't that ridiculous. I'm never going to that place again, and I don't recommend you do.
