Stocks Elementary School offers learning opportunities for more than 800 students in pre-kindergarten through grade three. The school provides programs in art, music and physical education. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as math and reading. Stocks Elementary School also offers Help One Student To Succeed (HOSTS), which is a volunteer mentoring program. The school has a media center that includes a collection of over 11,000 books and nearly 15 computers. Its campus includes a lobby, playground and landscaped multicultural courtyard. In addition, the school provides transportation and food services services. Stocks Elementary School is a part of Edgecombe County Public Schools.
