Great experience in this store! What a wealth of knowledge there is in this staff. I have never had an explanation from one product to another like these folks gave me. I have changed my whole utility room in order to accommodate my new laundry pair and I absolutely love it! Everything I was told about front loading units is true. I Love them! So everyone I know who told me NO, don't buy front load, probably didn't understand how to use them and NEVER asked. I have used them now exactly as the manual explains as well as the salesman and I couldn't be happier with the results. Great Price, Great Service, and really Great Value in this store. Think Local people! They won't steer you wrong.

Most horrible purchase experience I've ever had in my life. Our refrigerator arrived damaged, and Sears (corporate) nor the store in Taos will stand behind this product or assist us with getting the repair needed. Took two months to get it, and weve been trying for almost a month, 10 Sears reps, and at least a dozen phone contacts with nothing but denials, cut offs, transfers, and no results. Such a pity, as I grew up believing Sears was a quality place, with reliable service, but I promise after this experience that I will NEVER ever set foot in any of their stores, and I will discourage all my acquaintances from doing so as well.
