Wow my experience's' are very similar--greedy is the correct word! They are all about themselves and are not willing to correct any problems. Years back my mother received a engagement ring from her mother in law. She took it to Chavez and when they were supposed to fix the setting--they changed the diamond and tried to give it back. Straight up thievery! Out of Control!

These are greedy, arrogant people who took my money, but when it came time to fix THEIR mistakes they did not make good on them. They re-sized my rings incorrectly. Rings came flying off my finger and got damaged. They blew me off. I reported them to the BBB, and they won't acknowledge their wrong doing, nor compensate me. I have dropped a lot of money there over the years, and this is how they have treated me. I will never spend another cent there again and I suggest you find another jeweler.
