The New Tampa Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of recreational services. It provides swimming, youth wellness, preschool and group exercise programs. The organization administers tumbling programs, as well as offers cheerleading classes. The New Tampa Family YMCA organizes summer camps for adolescents and youths. It also conducts classes in indoor cycling, karate, yoga and martial arts. The organization provides sports programs in basketball, racquetball, football and volleyball. The New Tampa Family YMCA operates a wellness center that is equipped with elliptical trainers, treadmills, stair climbers, bikes and rowing machines. It is one of the branches of the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.
