DON'T EVEN THINK about working with them! Save yourself the aggravation. No matter if your'e the owner or the tenant. What "sets them apart" is their LACK of service! And the Tenant is always at fault!I rented a condo through them in 9-15-17. Moved in late October. The oven wasn't working, the dryer vent needed repair and the bath drain too. The plumber came pretty quickly and now they want me to pay!!Re: OVEN -It took 1 week of phone calls to maintenance until I got a LIVE person - 2 weeks until any service, and another week until it was fixed. And the manager of Valencia Rental tells me he has "documentation" that it worked when he did the walk through. (Did he wait to see if it actually heated up during his walk through or just press the on button?) Yeah, like I enjoy being inconvenienced and having to eat out every night for 3 weeks. And Thanksgiving around the corner! (with 9 guests coming)The washer/dryer was installed for me (& more $ added to my rent). So he tells me he did me a favor having it installed, all the trouble they went to hauling it in, etc... and like its my fault it wasn't installed correctly! Insinuating that I'm not gracious and should be thankful! ( P.S. There wasn't a refrigerator in the unit either and we had to negotiate on that too! (Prior to that, when I moved in the place was filthy. The same dust/dirt piles, gritty counter tops & dirty bathrooms as when I looked at the unit back in August. So as I arrived with the movers ($80/hour) I had to tell them to "take a break because I need to clean the place before you bring my furniture in and set it down")All I can say is STAY FAR AWAY!! RATING: No Stars (but I had to highlight at least 1 to submit review)
